Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Executive (Copywriter) in Sylhet. The successful candidate will be responsible for
crafting engaging content across various social media platforms, developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting branding market research, and contributing to social media post designs
. Daily tasks include
writing compelling copy, planning social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing and graphic design teams to boost brand visibility and engagement
.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends
  • Assist the senior marketing team in executing social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,YouTube, etc..
  • Share creative ideas for content, design, and marketing activities to improve brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and provide input on post designs, layouts, and campaign creatives.
  • Monitor social media pages, respond to messages and comments, and ensure timely customer engagement.
  • Track campaign performance reach, engagement, followers, leads and report to seniors.
  • Research trends, competitors, and audience preferences to recommend new strategies.
  • Support the team in paid ads, promotions, and collaborations as instructed.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to suggest ideas for marketing campaigns and visuals.
  • Strong knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or any design tool will be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bangla & English.
  • Team player with the ability to follow instructions and work under senior supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree/Professional Diploma in Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
