About the Role

Smart Capital PLC is seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. We specialize in real estate, land development, and software solutions, offering unique opportunities for ambitious sales professionals. This role offers not only a base salary but also an attractive commission structure that can significantly boost your earnings and motivate high performance.

Key Responsibilities


• Actively promote and sell real estate properties, land, and software solutions to local clients.


• Generate leads through digital platforms, referrals, cold calling, field visits, and events.


• Conduct professional client meetings, property/site visits, and product demonstrations.


• Explain features, benefits, ROl, and legal aspects of our offerings with confidence and clarity.


• Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and contracts while aligning with company policies.


• Maintain and update client databases, CRM entries, and follow up consistently until deal closure.


• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to execute campaigns and exhibitions.


• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.


• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


• Experience: Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (real estate, land sales, Developer, Real Estate Startup, hospitality, or software sales preferred).


• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


• Proficiency in English and Bengali.


• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.


• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in teams.


• Professional appearance and confidence to deal with high-value clients.


• Willingness to travel locally for client engagements.
