Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Dhaka. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and achieving sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for staying updated on product knowledge, handling customer inquiries, and processing sales transactions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, customer service, and relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in handling customer inquiries and sales transactions
  • Strong knowledge of luxury watches and the watchmaking industry is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in using sales management software and tools
  • Flexible and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills
