Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing located in Mirpur. The role involves managing and overseeing sales activities, developing effective marketing strategies, identifying potential business opportunities, and building lasting relationships with clients. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and grow the company's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Techniques, Negotiation, and Business Development
  • Strong skills in Marketing, Market Research, and Campaign Management
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is an advantage
