Position Overview:

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to help expand our international client base.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can generate qualified leads, manage our online presence, and convert prospects into clients through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition


• Identify and reach out to international clients (LinkedIn, email, etc.)


• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery/demo calls


• Present Centranix's services confidently and close deals

  1. Digital Marketing & Brand Building


• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook pages with regular updates


• Create marketing content (success stories, visuals, short videos)


• Run targeted campaigns to build international brand awareness


• Track engagement and improve strategies

  1. Communication & Coordination


• Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams


• Maintain professional, timely communication with all prospects


• Prepare weekly reports on outreach and marketing performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications


• 2–4 years in international B2B sales or digital marketing


• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)


• Proven lead generation & client conversion ability (LinkedIn, email, or Upwork)


• Confident in sales calls, presentations, and negotiation

Familiar Tools:

LinkedIn Sales Navigator,

, HubSpot/Freshsales, Canva, Google Workspace, Zoom

Plus: Basic understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Zapier, n8n)

Traits: Ethical, accountable, and organized
