Bigo-IMO-Bangladesh-Operations Assistant(Account Manager)

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for anchor operation of the voiceroom platform, including but not limited to anchor recruitment, training and elimination, and responsible for the quantity and quality of anchors.
  2. Deeply involved in the growth process of anchors, helped anchors sort out suitable content forms, human setup and relationship chain expansion links through two dimensions of data and market.
  3. Go deep into the market, constantly explore user needs and iterate the selection and training direction of anchors according to user needs.
  4. Held online and offline activities, and cooperated closely with Chinese leaders in the offline training of anchors.

Requirements

  1. Excellent communication skills.
  2. Bachelor degree or above, love pan-entertainment industry, have a certain sense of content, 1-2 years of relevant live broadcast operation experience is preferred.
  3. Strong logical ability, able to sort out the framework and focus on the key points from tedious information.
  4. Able and willing to communicate with users, strong empathy ability, able to put oneself and others to feel users, feel the market, and plan and iterate operation strategies for cornerstone.
