Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Sales Officer located in Dhaka. The Pre Sales Officer will be responsible to provide demonstration of various solution suite, lead generation, handling customer inquiries and managing accounts. The role also involves assisting with sales operations and supporting channel sales activities. Daily tasks include preparing sales proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with the sales team to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Presentation skills.
  • Customer Service and Lead Generation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in the software industry is a plus.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Islamic Finance or related field.
