Padma Accessories Limited is a growing manufacturer and supplier of garment accessories, serving leading apparel brands and factories across Bangladesh. We focus on delivering quality, innovation, and reliable service to our clients in the ready-made garments (RMG) sector.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify new market opportunities and promote company products to target buyers.
  • Prepare and execute marketing plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Visit garment factories and merchandising offices to generate new business leads.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Collect market information, including competitor activities and pricing.

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales (preferably in garments accessories or RMG sector).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.

  • Willingness to travel for client visits when needed.
