Merchant Line is a leading importer, supplier, and application company of construction chemicals in Bangladesh since 2013.
We have a lot of experience in the construction chemicals field. Our solutions for construction projects range from basements to roofs; we provide all types of waterproofing, concrete repairing, concrete bonding, and all types of concrete product supply. Some of our ongoing projects include RNPP, Elevated Expressways, Matarbari Power Plants, and MRT Line-1. At Merchant Line, we are committed to building lasting relationships with our clients based on trust, transparency, and reliability. Job Responsibilities:
A Sales and Marketing Executive is required to develop marketing and sales strategies, maintain customer relationships, and create sales reports for Construction Chemicals products. Applicants must possess a strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.

Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends. Analyze competitor products and strategies to position our Construction chemicals products effectively.

Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Sales Target Achieve:
As a Sales Representative , meeting the monthly sales target is a crucial object.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new clients. Identify and engage with new clients through effective communication and presentations.

Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in our products. Clearly articulate product features and benefits to potential clients.

Marketing Campaigns:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns. Utilize digital marketing channels and traditional methods to reach the target audience.

Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Address client concerns and objections effectively.

Sales Reporting:
Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities. Collaboration: Collaborate with the product development team to provide valuable customer feedback. Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and foster a collaborative environment.
