About the Role:

We're looking for a Creative and Data-Driven Digital Marketer with expertise in Meta Marketing to join our growing team.

If you're passionate about delivering real results—not just running ads—this role is for you.

You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across Meta platforms, driving performance through creativity, analytics, and strategic thinking. The role includes analyzing key metrics, identifying trends, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Facebook Ads, campaign setup, audience targeting, and optimization strategies
• Experience with social media advertising platforms and tools, including ad performance tracking
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and identify actionable insights
• Knowledge of A/B testing, creative assets, and landing page optimization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives
• Previous experience managing ad spend budgets and driving ROI improvements is advantageous

Work Details:

• Location: Shantibag, North Agrabad, Chattogram
• Time: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM (evening shift)
• Job Type: In-office
• Salary: Negotiable (Based on skills and experience)
