Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Banani. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure service excellence in travel arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating travel packages, liaising with vendors, ensuring high client satisfaction, and managing financial aspects of client accounts. The role also involves problem-solving, reporting, and contributing to business growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Client relationship management, communication, and customer service skills
  • Experience in travel coordination, corporate travel management, and tour planning
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and account reconciliation
  • Problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and travel-related software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field
  • Knowledge of visa processes and international travel policies
  • Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
