Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Nārāyanganj. The Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing strategies to increase market share, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks will include market analysis, sales forecasting, conducting sales meetings, and coordinating with the marketing and logistics teams to achieve sales targets.

- Market Analysis and Strategic Planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales or territory management
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the cement or construction industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
