We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead our zonal sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, building strong market presence, and ensuring smooth operational efficiency within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development initiatives with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Establish and implement effective sales strategies and policies tailored to the assigned zone.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize business opportunities.
- Manage and expand the company's footprint in the assigned territory while strengthening channel relationships.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and motivation to the sales team (ASM/TSM) to achieve operational excellence.
- Prepare, implement, and monitor beat plans for field teams.
- Forecast orders and ensure accurate demand planning.
- Foster strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building with stakeholders to support healthy business transactions and ensure smooth financial flows.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Must have proven working experience in
Mobile Distribution Companies
or related industries.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire performance.
- Expertise in negotiation, deal-closing, and partnership building.
- High adaptability in managing change and handling business challenges.
- Data-driven decision-making capability with advanced analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bangla and English.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Negotiable
- Performance-based KPI Incentive & Commission (if applicable).
