Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Gulshan. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in using customer service software or CRM systems is beneficial
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus
