Marketing Manager (Architecture Firm)

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's architecture and interior design services.
  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, website, SEO/SEM, email marketing and print media.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, corporate organizations, developers and other stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, events and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with the design and business development team to prepare proposals, presentations and promotional materials.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors and client preferences to design innovative marketing approaches.
  • Manage branding activities including company profile, brochures, portfolios and case studies.
  • Oversee photo/video documentation of completed projects for marketing and promotional use.
  • Organize and represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows and client events.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
  • Need to look after both online/offline marketing activities.
  • Supervise and guide the marketing team to achieve business targets.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Skills Required: Strategic Planning, Business Development, Event/ Campaign Coordination, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Marketing Strategies, Client Relationship Management, CRM Management, Advertising , Branding, Strong leadership and team management skill

  • 6 to 7 year(s)
