Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager - Merchandising (Activewear & Sportswear) at Bengal Hurricane Group, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for activewear and sportswear, overseeing product merchandising, and managing relationships with clients and fashion brands. The Manager will coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, analyze market trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance brand visibility and market share. The role also involves budget management and monitoring marketing campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing strategy development and implementation
  • Skills in product merchandising and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Proficiency in market trend analysis and data-driven decision making
  • Background in budget management and performance monitoring
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Knowledge of the activewear and sportswear market is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the garment/textile industry is a plus
