Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include conducting market research, training sales teams, executing marketing campaigns, and achieving sales targets. The role involves collaboration with different departments to ensure the alignment of sales objectives with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to train and motivate sales teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage
  • Experience in the water purification industry is a plus
