Tasks
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic to the company's website.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the company blog.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Manage and oversee digital advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and budget constraints.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and AI technology to implement innovative strategies that leverage Tipstat's engineering talent.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, and Content Marketing
  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools
  • Excellent knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot)
  • Ability to write compelling marketing copy and manage creative content
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns at once
