Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dhaka for a Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, delivering product training, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction. While the position is Dhaka-based, some work-from-home flexibility is available.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience and knowledge in Sales, including identifying opportunities and closing deals
  • Proficiency in Sales Management and the ability to train and guide teams effectively
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales within the electronics or automobile industries is an advantage
