Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales through strong communication and strategic marketing campaigns. The responsibilities include managing customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and supporting the training of team members to meet business objectives.

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets, strategize and drive business growth.
  • Experience in Training to upskill team members and ensure consistent performance levels.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
