Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will identify and engage with potential customers, promote the eClassmate platform, and drive subscription and service sales. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, delivering product presentations, and conducting training sessions on the platform. The role also involves maintaining strong customer service and contributing to achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Proven experience and expertise in Sales and Sales Management for achieving targets and enhancing growth.
  • Ability to deliver effective Training to clients on the eClassmate platform to enhance user understanding and adoption.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with adaptability and a proactive mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with educational technology or e-learning platforms is a plus.
