Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Dhaka. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions for the sales team. The role also involves overseeing sales performance and reporting, coordinating marketing campaigns, and collaborating with other departments to align marketing goals with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct Training and onboarding sessions for new sales staff
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in relevant sales and marketing tools and software
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
