Your Role: Sales Promotion Officer (SPO)

As an SPO at UM Orthotics Bangladesh, you will be the
face of our brand
in the healthcare market. This role is not just about sales—it's about
building trust, educating healthcare professionals, and ensuring our products reach those who need them most.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and market UM Orthotics products to doctors, physiotherapists, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.

Conduct product demonstrations, awareness campaigns, and scientific presentations.

Build and maintain strong professional networks across your assigned territory.

Ensure product availability, visibility, and secondary sales growth.

Gather market intelligence, competitor updates, and customer feedback.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and promotional targets.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Education:
    Bachelors or Masters in Business, Marketing, or Sciences preferred.
  • Experience:
    1–2 years in pharmaceutical/medical device sales is an advantage, but
    fresh graduates with strong motivation are highly encouraged
    to apply.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively nationwide.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and passionate about healthcare innovation.
