Are you passionate about crafting visuals that inspire, communicate & elevate brands? Trends Bird Limited is looking for a talented & detail-oriented Sr. Visualizer to join our creative team As a Sr. Visualizer, you'll play a key role in shaping visual narratives across campaigns, branding & digital content — turning ideas into designs that move audiences & define brand identities. You'll also lead & guide a small team of designers to ensure consistent, high-quality creative output.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

  • Conceptualize & develop creative visuals, layouts & campaign designs for brands across digital & print platforms.

  • Transform ideas into high-quality artwork aligned with brand strategy & tone.

  • Collaborate closely with planner, copywriter, marketing & client service teams to deliver cohesive & impactful creative outputs.

  • Lead & manage a small team of designers, ensuring workflow efficiency, skill growth & design excellence.

  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality & meeting tight deadlines.

  • Mentor junior designers & maintain brand consistency across all visual deliverables.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Visualizer or similar creative role (agency experience preferred).

  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & After Effects (knowledge of Premiere Pro is a plus).

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design aesthetics, typography & brand communication skills.

  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills in both English & Bangla.

  • Leadership ability to guide & motivate a small creative team while maintaining a hands-on design role.

  • A growth mindset with the ability to perform under pressure & deliver exceptional work.
