Overview

We are looking for a highly capable
Senior Executive
to join our
Strategy and Planning
team. This role requires an experienced professional who can execute strategic direction, translate insights into creative output, manage project execution, and act as an expert in leveraging
Generative AI (GenAI)
and
latest trends
to drive significant, data-informed business growth for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Pitch Development

·      
Follow the direction of the Planning Manager
to develop intensive, ambitious, and innovative integrated marketing campaigns.

·      Visit clients and officially
receive briefs
. Decode client briefs to fully understand their requirements and objectives.

·      Conduct
qualitative and quantitative market research
and perform competitor analysis, utilizing
AI-driven competitive intelligence
for deeper insights.

·      
Conceptualize innovative ideas and visuals
, including the use of
Generative AI tools
for rapid ideation, mock-ups, and alternative creative pathways.

·      Develop cohesive and intelligent plans. Present findings and
pitch plans to clients
.

·      Maintain
comprehensive knowledge of AI applications
(including GenAI and Predictive Analytics) and latest trends in marketing strategy.

Creative Execution & Project Management

·      
Write copy and concept ideas
for various campaigns, utilizing GenAI to optimize language and develop different content variations for diverse channels.

·      
Prepare detailed creative briefs
and
brief the creative team

·      
Oversee the creative team's work
to ensure the designs and materials developed are according to the plan, serve the clients' requirements, and align with strategic direction.

·      
Coordinate with the operations team
to understand the
feasibility of the plan
and to prepare detailed campaign budgets.

·      
Oversee projects as they are being executed
. Coordinate with digital and operation teams to ensure campaigns are executed according to the plan.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

·      
Monitoring corresponding campaigns and preparing success reports
.

·      
Analyzing data from the campaigns
and adapting tactics to ensure campaign targets are achieved, suggesting ways to improve campaign output.

·      Keeping
track of the market
to interpret and predict current and future consumer trends.

Agency & Business Growth

·      Actively take part in
identifying new opportunities
to achieve company goals and increase profitability.

·      Develop and implement promotional strategies for the agency to generate leads.

·      Contribute to the agency's success by driving sales and achieving business objectives.

Requirements

·      Graduation from any reputed University.

·      Proven experience in Strategy and Planning, ideally within an agency environment.

·      Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and successfully undertake significant responsibilities.

·      
Expertise in utilizing Generative AI for content and visual development
is highly valued.

·      Strong grasp of comprehensive marketing planning, strategic competitive analysis, and campaign development.

·      Exceptional skills in presenting findings and pitching plans to clients.
