Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify potential clients, investors, and corporate partners for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Lead promotional campaigns (online & offline), events, and B2B activities.
  • Manage digital marketing, social media presence, and branding initiatives.
  • Prepare sales plans, projections, and weekly/monthly reports for management.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for smooth campaign execution.
  • Support the Head of Business Development in business expansion planning.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and content strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
