Position: Assistant Manager, Marketing

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support the strategic marketing execution for our online education platform, Mojaru.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing strategic marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth implementation of marketing plans.
  • Monitor ongoing marketing campaigns and provide performance updates.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights and support decision-making.
  • Generate innovative ideas to support brand growth and business expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing/Business or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or relevant fields.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in digital marketing is not mandatory, but a plus.
