Position Overview:

We're looking for a
Marketing Assistant
who's eager to learn, creative, and passionate about digital marketing. You'll assist our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing content, communicate with prospects, setup business meetings, and supporting client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and managing marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Support in developing and scheduling social media content.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Help to design marketing materials and funnel content.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare weekly performance reports.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for project updates.
  • Assist in lead generation and CRM updates.

Qualifications:

  • HSC or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Funnels).
  • Strong communication and writing skills (English & Bengali).
  • Familiarity with Copywriting, Cotent Marketing
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
