Your Role

As a
Business Development Executive
, you will:

  • Lead
    new business development
    and
    lead generation
    efforts in the software and services domain.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify emerging market trends and provide strategic insights to enhance our competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to craft compelling presentations and marketing materials.
  • Manage
    B2B sales
    in the enterprise and SME segments, with
    CXO-level interaction
    to convert prospects into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and market presence.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports with realistic forecasts to management.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to prospective clients.
  • Communicate new product developments and oversee the creation of marketing literature.
  • Foster long-lasting customer relationships by understanding and addressing their needs.

Qualifications
