Job Title: Telesales Executive (Evening Shift)

Location: Badda, Dhaka

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Evening Shift)

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to international customers (UK market preferred).
  • Present products/services persuasively to close sales.
  • Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of international telesales experience (experience in UK campaigns preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence, resilience, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

  • Fixed Salary: BDT 14,000 – 20,000
  • Sales Spiffs: Earn up to BDT 15,000 extra per month.
