Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers over the phone to sell products.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Record customer feedback and follow up on leads.

Maintain customer information in the company database/CRM.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales or customer service.

Strong communication skills with a polite and professional approach.

Target-driven and self-motivated.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.

Salary & Benefits:

BDT 15,000 per month (Basic).
