Job Purpose:
To focus on sales revenue generation & meet targets by selling online membership/wedtech subscription over phone to the new and existing customers and maintaining relationships effectively.

Compensation:

  • Salary: BDT ,000.
  • Salary Review: Yearly based on performance
  • Festival bonus after 1 year of successful completion

Incentives: Upto BDT 5,000.

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors, Diploma

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
  • Selling Membership/Subscription over the phone and meet assigned daily/monthly sales target given by the organization.
  • Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
  • Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the matrimony packages
  • Providing the right customer experience.

Experience

  • At least 1 year

), Matchmaking Company, Start-up, Insurance Sales, BPO, Call Center .

Skills and Competencies:

  • Expert in Telesales, Excellent verbal communication, Telephone etiquette, Selling and Telemarketing skills, Persuasive skills, Listening skills, Service orientation, Integrity
  • Must have computer basic knowledge
  • Up-selling, Upgrading existing clients to next range of products
  • Must be able to handle pressure
