About the Role:

Urban Academy BD is looking for energetic and persuasive
Tele Sales Executive
who can confidently handle incoming and outgoing calls, explain our skill development programs, and convert leads into students.

This is an
office-based role
designed for individuals who want to build a career in sales and communication, especially within the education-tech sector. You'll work directly under the guidance of senior mentors and have the chance to grow into a full-time role after successful completion of your probation period.

Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with potential students from our leads database
• Clearly communicate course features, benefits, and value proposition
• Answer queries and resolve doubts to assist conversion
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets and maintain call logs
• Work closely with the marketing and student support team

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Bangla (English is a plus)
• Confident and friendly voice over phone
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing or online education is a plus
• Punctuality, discipline, and target-driven mindset
• Must be based in Dhaka and able to work from our Adabor office
