Techforing Limited is a leading provider of cyber security solution, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to clients worldwide. We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our team and drive our global sales efforts and who has native alike English fluency, knows how to negotiate and pursue clients from abroad.

Responsibilities

  • Takes incoming customer calls, converts into sales, and accepts payment for products and services.
  • Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls to sell products and services.
  • Query management about product specifications and pricing.
  • Upsells customers to larger products, more extensive packages, or higher priced services.
  • Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes.
  • Processes credit card payments and troubleshoots any issues that may arise.
  • Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with customers by making subsequent Sales pitches.
  • Assists sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers.
  • Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback.
  • Investigates unfilled, misplaced, or misdirected orders and resolves customer issues as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/ Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, but freshers' with an instinct to learn and adapt to new process can also apply.
  • Superior written and verbal English communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Comfortable with roster schedules.
  • Good to have an IELTS certificate.
