Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the software and IT sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand client requirements and propose the right solutions.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development or software sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, web & app development, and digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Additional Requirements (Preferred):

  • Experience dealing with corporate or international clients.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales and digital marketing.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
