Role Description

The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure timely achievement of project goals. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, providing guidance to team members, monitoring progress, and preparing reports for management. The Team Lead will also foster a collaborative work environment, address challenges proactively, and maintain high-quality standards across projects. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, including delegation and performance monitoring.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management expertise, with the ability to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strategic planning and decision-making skills to align team efforts with organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with on-site team management and in similar roles is highly desirable.
