ATEC Global exists to decarbonise cooking by connecting base-of-pyramid households to global carbon markets through patented smart stoves. The company is located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and is committed to sustainability and innovation in the cooking technology industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise, coach, and motivate telesales officers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Monitor daily performance, call quality, and conversion metrics.
Develop effective telesales strategies to boost lead conversion and customer retention.
Handle escalated customer issues promptly and efficiently.
Prepare and present regular performance reports.
Provide feedback and training to improve team performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field).
3–5 years of experience in telesales supervision or eCommerce sales.
Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Experience with CRM systems and telesales software preferred.
