Now, we're looking for a Client Communication Executive to join our team — someone who can manage client relationships with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and meetings to ensure smooth project coordination.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing timely updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, design, development, etc.) to deliver client requirements effectively.
  • Handle client feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Prepare and share project progress reports regularly.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla (both written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
  • Prior experience in client servicing or communication is a plus.
