Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Life & Health Insurance Claims Officer located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Claims Officer will be responsible for handling and managing insurance claims, evaluating and analyzing claims data, ensuring timely communication with claimants, and coordinating with other departments to resolve claims efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Claims Handling and Claims Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and evaluate claims data
  • Experience with Insurance Claims processes and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using claims management software and other related tools
  • Previous experience working in the insurance industry is a plus.
