Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dhaka, Bangladesh for a Software Engineer. The Software Engineer will be responsible for writing and testing code, debugging programs, and integrating applications within existing systems. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables. Daily tasks may include designing system architecture, analyzing user needs, and consistently updating technical documentation.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Computer Science
  • Proven experience in Software Development and Programming
  • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the financial or insurance industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
