Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources located in Chattogram. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing recruitment processes, administering employee benefits and compensation, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and handling performance management. Additional tasks include employee onboarding, developing HR policies, providing coaching and support to staff, and collaborating with other departments to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, and Performance Management skills
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits, Compensation, and Labor Law Compliance
  • Experience in Developing HR Policies and Providing Coaching and Support
  • Strong Communication, Collaboration, and Organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in a managerial capacity
  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work on-site in Chattogram
