Executive (Accounts)

Job Description / Responsibility

The Executive (Accounts) will be responsible for handling both human resources and accounting functions of the restaurant. This role ensures smooth workforce management, proper compliance with labor laws, and accurate financial record-keeping. The position requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and numerical skills to support day-to-day restaurant operations effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Record daily sales, cash inflows, and expenses.
  • Reconcile daily sales with POS/cash register and bank deposits.
  • Prepare and maintain accounts payable/receivable records (vendors, suppliers).
  • Monitor restaurant inventory usage and support cost control.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports including profit & loss statements.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and expense forecasts.
  • Coordinate with auditors/tax consultants for VAT, tax, and compliance matters.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of bills, invoices, and vouchers.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
  • Skills Required: HR & Training, HRIS, HR, Accounts and Finance, HR Operations, Restaurant management, HR and Admin, Bill Processing, Food and Beverage

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Hotel,Restaurant,Chain shop

Additional Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance, and labor law practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and accounting software.
  • Good communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
