Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Executive Graphic & Motion Designer who can produce high-quality designs for both digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have expertise in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and branding materials to support our marketing and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality social media posts, ads, and promotional content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Edit basic videos (product promos, tutorials, awareness campaigns).
  • Create motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns.
  • Design and prepare product mockups, literatures, brochures, and medicine inserts.
  • Design corporate materials such as ID cards, visiting cards, packaging, and branding collaterals.
  • Ensure all designs are creative, visually appealing, and aligned with brand identity.
  • Keep up to date with the latest design tools, trends, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaign visuals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in graphic and motion design (Freshers with strong portfolios are also encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
  • Basic knowledge of 3D design or mockup tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, or online mockup generators) is a plus.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to deliver on time.
  • Experience in designing for healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or cosmetics brands is an added advantage.
