Accounting Software Sales Executive

Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales Executive (Accounting Software)
to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving software sales, building client relationships, and achieving business growth targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of accounting/finance concepts, and a passion for technology-driven business solutions.

Probation Period
: First 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach prospective clients, promote accounting software, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate with clients, prepare proposals/quotations, and finalize sales deals.
  • Gather client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM or designated systems.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on competitor activities.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Report daily/weekly sales performance to management.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities as required.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Skills Required: Accounting Software, Tally Software, Tally ERP 9, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Expert in Quickbooks Accounting Software

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate,Developer

Additional Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales of accounting software, ERP solutions, or similar business applications.
  • Solid understanding of accounting and financial management concepts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software will be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.
