Responsibilities & Context

About the Role: We are hiring a Senior PHP Developer for our new Chittagong office. This is a full time, permanent, office-based role. You will collaborate with our UK team on developing a robust

HR management system that supports operations across Europe, the Middle East, and South Asia.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain HR system modules including onboarding, offboarding, contract

automation, holiday/sickness/unpaid leave tracking, and internal transfers.


• Build and support a clock-in/out attendance system.


• Solid understanding of Linux-based development environments.


• Ensure system scalability for multi-regional use.


• Work closely with UK-based managers, participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and

code reviews.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years' experience
  • • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company

Additional Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:


• Minimum 5 years of experience with vanilla PHP (no frameworks).


• Expert in MySQL – complex queries, optimisation, and data design.


• Experience with HR or enterprise systems is a plus.


• Strong communication skills for international collaboration.
