We are looking for a motivated Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and be able to handle day-to-day administrative and documentation tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:


• Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.


• Maintain and organize office files and records.


• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.


• Support management with data entry, scheduling, and documentation.


• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:


• Proven experience as an Office Executive, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (formulas, charts, pivot tables, etc.).


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.


• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration or related field).
