Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for recruitment and Staffing i.e job postings, shortlisting candidates and onboarding new hires.

2.Compliance and policies by ensuring company adheres to labour laws and regularly updating employees policies

  1. Employee relations by addressing grievancies, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring employee engagement.

4.Perfomance management by conducting appraisals setting performance goals, and implementing improvement plans

5.Health and Safety by promoting workplace safety

6.Administrative responsiblilities such as Office management by overseeing daily office operations, ensuring supplies and resources are available, document management, Scheduling and coordination, facilities management by ensuring the office environment is clean, functional and secure, Support budgeting processes and cost control for office -related expenditures, updating company's documents

requirements:

  1. Full-time, Bachelor's degree in Human resources Management or equivalent; can communicate in English/experience in Chinese companies is preferred.

  2. At least 3 years of experience in related field especially relevant to HR or administrative duties,

3.Strong organization and communication skills

  1. Ability to priotize tasks and work effectively

5.Chinese skills
