Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales performance, creating sales reports, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and provide high-quality service to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Business Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in preparing Sales Reports and using CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under deadlines
  • Experience in the textile industry and knowledge of textile machinery is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
