Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing Elevator Division. This position is ideal for professionals with early-stage experience in the elevator industry who wish to build a long-term career under a global Japanese brand.

Key Responsibilities:


• Promote and sell Toshiba Elevators to residential, commercial, and corporate clients.


• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads and proposals.


• Develop and maintain client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.


• Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure accurate specifications and smooth execution.


• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.


• Report sales progress and market trends to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:


• Experience: 2 - 3 years in elevator sales (experience with brands such as Toshiba, Mitsubishi, Hitachi, or similar preferred).


• Education: B.Sc. or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.


• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.


• Mindset: Target-driven, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.

Compensation & Benefits:


• Basic Salary: ৳30,000 - ৳35,000 (depending on experience)


• Performance Commission: Attractive, based on achieved sales results


• Career Growth: Opportunity for promotion to Sales Manager based on performance
