, is looking for a dynamic and
result-oriented
Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing)
to join our team.

At Terraprime, we develop premium hotel and resort projects and offer
investment opportunities
to individual and institutional investors under a venture capital–based real estate model.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell ownership of Terraprime's hotel and resort development projects.
  • Identify and connect with potential individual and institutional investors.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and investment presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-up to close deals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets related to investment share acquisition.

Tele-Sales & Team Leadership

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to generate and convert qualified investment leads.
  • Guide the tele-sales team to ensure performance, target achievement, and call quality.
  • Develop training materials, provide coaching, and motivate the team to maintain high morale and productivity.
  • Set sales goals and track performance through CRM tools and regular reporting.

Marketing & Coordination

  • Support marketing campaigns aimed at high-net-worth individuals and investor groups.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop brochures, email campaigns, and social media materials.
  • Gather investor feedback and provide insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new investors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, or marketing in real estate or investment-based projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in digital communication platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to perform under pressure.

What We Offer

  • Gross salary:
    BDT 35,000 per month (plus sales-based incentives)
